How It’s Made (process)

  1. Fermentation/Extraction raw material: Stevia leaves are harvested and macerated in water.
  2. Primary production: Steviol glycosides are extracted and enriched using ion-exchange and adsorption resins.
  3. Purification: High-purity glycoside fractions are obtained through decolorization and polishing steps.
  4. Drying and milling: The concentrate is spray-dried; particles are milled/sieved to achieve the target granulation.
  5. Standardization/Quality control: Glycoside profile (e.g., Reb A), assay, moisture, and microbiological parameters are verified; a COA is issued.

Suggested Dosage
General: 0.01–0.30% (w/w); trial testing is recommended (depending on purity/profile).
